Lol Mukouda was concerned by gaining so much money, he might be targeted but he's forgetting that he can hide the money in his portal and the fact that Fel is his familiar, like would anyone approach him with those intentions after seeing Fel? And even if Fel wasn't around, Sui could handle anyone who tries to hurt him.

Fel and Sui sleeping together was such a sweet scene, it looked real cozy.

I think it is more about people finding out that he got paid so much, not that they will see him carrying so much money. So, they will target him anyway regardless of if he has hidden the money.

still writers misstake trough the whole season because mc saw multiple times like 4 or 6 maybe 10 idk how powerfull fenrir is. maybe he saw it 20 times idk i didnt count. they keep showing mc being surprised that fenrir is so strong, he heard he fought a dragon, he knows he has goddes blessing, he saw his shield in action against S class monsters and they couldnt even scratch it and all, yet he is worried he will be targetet by some random thief. this mc is beyond stupid.

Still, as an average guy himself he is right to be worried you too would be, Fenrir's power is not his own and it does not mean that Fenrir will always help him. As a somewhat weak person himself he is correct in being scared and having that kind of thoughts, this is all new to him and you cannot expect him to adjust his thinking to this so easily. So, I find it quite realistic actually.

It's not a mistake. He still has his 'normal' mentality, as a average guy he's worried to get mugged, if people find out he's rich. His reaction perfectly fits the character.

Aside from that getting robbed would still scare him and at the very least cause inconviniences.

Also as a otherworldler he doesn't have a proper grasp on the power dynamics of the world, so he doesn't know how strong Fel is or how strong a strong human would be.
Additionally people might still try to rob him. It was shown that people mistake Fel for a great wolf (nor would people know how strong a fenrir is anyway so they might underestimate him even if they knew what he is) Not to mention that they might think they could get the fenrir if they manage to hold the master hostage.

It's not a writers mistake. it's called giving your MC a flaw in his logic.

its a food road-trip anime, but its geting boring wirthout objective and villain.
if we avoid love, harem, kids, fight mao/bad guys, spread science etc...all the stuff in other anime.
why not go for founding a coocking-school for adventurer/noble? and developp monster breeding as well than recipes for them, he would be the hero-founder of table art for the country..and leave his name, sui name and fel name to elite plate for next generations...

Judging by the past episodes, he's really trying to avoid using Fel as a bodyguard against humans, as that would be a road straight to slavery. Same goes with Sui. "A familiar is your responsibility, they err, you pay the price"

As for the cash, it is less about carrying it around (as animated) and more about the guild leaking the info that he has that cash, from my understanding. No matter how he carries it, he'll be targeted for sure if bandits figure out he's worth that much... I mean, they target nobles for as much.

Mokouda is a dumbass in the first place who always acts like he's alone and incapable of doing anything himself.

Usually an anime is funded by the original publisher of the books, the record label who provides the OPs/EDs, the network it’s being aired on, and so on as a production committee, which allows them to pool their resources but also splits the profits.

So here, Mappa funded the entire anime and will get almost all of the profits of its sales. Which they were able to do because the various sauces and condiments Mukohda uses, as well as many of the items of his Online Supermarket, are actual brands. It’s all sponsored product placement.

No idea but I've had some of the brands shown wouldn't be surprised if its translation error or for legal reasons.

Ah I didn't realize they were actual brands! Product placement or no, it's kinda cool when they don't have to changeup the names (*cough* "WcDonalds"). Reminds me of Bakuan! where they actually use the real motorcycle brand names (and actually dog on particular models that were apparently less than stellar)

i figured that was a BUNCH of gratuitous product placements for one show. :> you don't see every episode of a show with a COKE or PEPSI product proudly focused on in center-frame for several seconds much these days. of course CARS TRUCKS etc. DO show up tons of times in shows for sponsorship and USAGE of said brand name vehicles. sometimes characters will sit in the vehicle and BLATANTLY SELL IT by fiddling with settings and talking about how nice the vehicle is. ;) i guess that works for food products too. :D

And yet at times through Chinese animation they pretty much show the legit actual brand name logo like Starbucks lol

yup i watched 'The Last Summoner' in Mandarin (gogo lists it as 'Zuihou de Zhaohuan Shi') when it first came out and the product placements were so hilariously obvious in the first 2 or 3 episodes i wrote comments up on each one listing every bit i had seen! :D it just got a Japanese dub recently! but of course my comments were on the Mandarin ones. :D

But dont you love transformers and getting to see product placements mid fight.
